Q.) What is my Username?
A.) Your username is the name you use to log into MechQuest.

Q.) How do I get my Character ID?
A.) Log into the game. You should see a list of all your characters on the right. Click on the character you would like to have the item on. After you click on a character, to the left of the screen you will see ID#. That is your Character ID

Q.) How do I get a Promo Code?
A.) When you purchase any of our merchan-product-erm-thingys there is a Special Promotional Code on a card that is attached to the thingys. Using this code will give you super duper rare items in the games specified.

Q.) If I ordered a tee-shirt or book, but have not received it yet, who do I contact?
